Testicular tumors are of germ cell origin in 95% of cases. The non-germ cell tumors include Leydig cell tumors, gonadoblastoma, Ser toli-cell tumors, neoplasms of mesenchymal origin, adrenal rest tumors, carcinoid tumors and tumors meta- static to the testis (Table 10.1).
