Prostate Epidemiology
Cancer of the penis accounts for 2% of all genitourinary malignancies. In Eu- rope and Nor th America, penile cancer accounts for approximately 0.4-0.6% of all malignancies. Among males in the United States, the incidence is 1 to 2 cases per 100,000 per year. It is more prevalent in less developed countries.
